New Hotel Project in Highland Falls

At its March 27th meeting, the Orange County IDA approved a resolution accepting the application of Church Hill Properties. Church Hill plans to construct the 120-room Old Guard Hotel in Highland Falls. 

As reported in the Mid-Hudson News, the project aims to provide 70 full-time equivalent jobs, and will help meet the demand of the busy West Point graduation season, but also plans to bring more tourism to the area year-round.

A public hearing for the project will be scheduled in the near future.
