New Labor Policy Adopted by OCIDA

At the April 24th meeting, the Orange County IDA voted to adopt a new Labor Policy. The new policy comes as the result of multiple meetings the IDA held with its partners in the local Trades, Orange County Executive’s office and the Orange County Partnership. While the IDA has always urged the use of local labor, this new policy aims to ensure that, during construction, new projects utilize the excellent work force here in Orange County.
